What type of shirt will I get?
You will always receive a match shirt, not training or pre-match – unless you order this type of box.
Are the shirts genuine?

Do you stock retro shirts?
Yes, we do! Any shirt from 2014 and earlier is what we consider retro.
Are retro shirts brand new?
All shirts you receive are brand new with tags.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of our mystery shirt box, we can only accept returns for a different size, rather than wanting to change for a different shirt. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can I order as a gift for a friend or relative?
Yes! We don’t place invoices in packages for this reason.
Can I request a specific team or player for my mystery football shirt?
We understand that some customers may have preferences or dislikes when it comes to certain teams or leagues, which is why we offer the option for customers to exclude them when purchasing a mystery football shirt box.
